Our Comprehensive Screening Process Ensures High Probability of a "Best Fit" Placement

Just as important as finding available talent, our screening process ensures the candidate is the "best fit" placement for your company. JBA uses a variety of personal and technical tests to determine the suitability of a candidate. We assess all candidates in a variety of ways, including:

  • Face-to-face interviews whenever the location of the candidate allows for this
  • Performance grades from past client engagements
  • Technical assessment via candidate interviews with our top technical employees and/or contract consultants
  • Reference Checks
  • When requested, drug and background checks

JBA partners with Prove It! to provide the latest computer-based testing which helps us qualify new candidates. The tests use actual program code and compare each candidate to others who have taken the test.
