At JBA, the development methodology combines the best aspects of leading software methodologies, including the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and the Capability Maturity Model (CMM), optimized for offshore development. The methodology encompasses the complete software development life cycle including requirements, design, development, test, and deployment.

JBA offers flexible execution utilizing a blended delivery model, supported by both onsite and offshore resources. Specifically, the JBA onsite-offshore model allows us to work onsite at the client location defining requirements and deploying projects, with the majority of the development work accomplished offshore in India
